Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21) and its predecessor Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient, Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) require that a Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan be prepared locally through a process that includes representatives of public, private, and non-profit transportation services, human services providers, and the general public. This plan is prepared to provide the Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and People with Disabilities. The plan covers Belmont County in Ohio and Ohio, Marshall and Wetzel Counties in West Virginia.
