The Long Range Transportation Plan for the Belmont-Ohio-Marshall Transportation Study (BOMTS) is prepared with input from stakeholders and citizens. It identifies the future transportation system needs that will provide for the safe and efficient movement of people and goods in and through the region. For the plan, the study area includes Belmont County in Ohio and Ohio and Marshall Counties in West Virginia.
